Kinetics of chemiluminescence reactions of 2-methyl-6-phenylimidazo[1,2-a]pyrazin-3(7H)-one (1c, Cypridina luciferin analogue) and substituent effects of the 6-aryl group of derivatives 1 strongly suggest that the rate-determining step is a single electron transfer from an anion derived from 1 to a triplet molecular oxygen (O2) in the oxygenation process. 相似文献
The title compound, (isopropylxanthato)(phenyl)mercury(I), was synthesized and characterized by elemental analysis, IR and thermogravimetric analysis. Density functional theory (DFT) method calculations were performed at B3LYP/CEP-121G and B3LYP/CEP-31G levels of theory, respectively. Vibrational frequencies were predicted, assigned, compared with the experimental values, and they are supported each other. The calculated results show that the strength of bond Hg—C is stronger than that of Hg—S, which is good agreement with the experimental data. The calculations of the second order optical nonlinearity and electronic absorption spectra are also performed. 相似文献
In recent years, the self-assembled growth of semiconductor nanostructures, that show quantum size effects, has been of considerable interest. Laser devices operating with self-assembled InAs quantum dots (QDs) embedded in GaAs have been demonstrated. Here, we report on the InAs/GaAs system and raise the question of how the shape of the QDs changes with the orientation of the GaAs substrate. The growth of the InAs QDs is understood in terms of the Stranski–Krastanow growth mode. For modeling the growth process, the shape and atomic structure of the QDs have to be known. This is a difficult task for such embedded entities.
In our approach, InAs is grown by molecular beam epitaxy on GaAs until self-assembled QDs are formed. At this point the growth is interrupted and atomically resolved scanning tunneling microscopy (STM) images are acquired. We used preparation parameters known from the numerous publications on InAs/GaAs. In order to learn more about the self-assemblage process we studied QD formation on different GaAs(0 0 1), (1 1 3)A, and (
)B substrates. From the atomically resolved STM images we could determine the shape of the QDs. The quantum “dots” are generally rather flat entities better characterized as “lenses”. In order to achieve this flatness, the QDs are terminated by high-index bounding facets on low-index substrates and vice versa. Our results will be summarized in comparison with the existing literature. 相似文献
We report a simple and versatile approach for the conjugation of luminescent CdSe-ZnS core-shell quantum dots (QDs) to proteins through coordination of engineered C-terminal oligohistidine sequences. Several histidine tail containing proteins were self-assembled onto the QD surface using this method. A recombinant antibody specific for the high explosive 2,4,6-trinitrotoluene (TNT) was conjugated to QDs through a carboxy terminal histidine tail and the bioconjugate used to detect TNT by competitive immunoassay. TNT was detected over the range of 10 μg/ml down to 41 ng/ml using the scFv conjugated to QDs. These results open up the possibility to conjugate luminescent QDs to a whole range of proteins to form QD bioconjugates that can be effectively used in bio-oriented applications, such as sensing, imaging, immunoassay and other diagnostics. 相似文献
Solid-state nanopore in analytical chemistry has developed rapidly in the 1990s and it is proved to be a versatile new tool for bioanalytical chemistry. This review focuses on the analysis of ions and small molecules with nanopores including nanopipettes, polymer film nanopores, Si3N4 nanopores, graphene nanopores, MoS2 nanopores and MOFs. 相似文献
The dependence of the frequency factor on the temperature (A=A0Tm) has been examined and the errors involved in the activation energy calculated from some integral methods without considering
such dependence have been estimated. Investigated integral methods are the Coats-Redfern method, the Gorbachev-Lee-Beck method,
the Wanjun-Yuwen method and the Junmeng-Fusheng method. The results have shown that the error in the determination of the
activation energy calculated ignoring the dependence of the frequency factor on the temperature can be rather large and it
is dependent on x=E/RT and the exponent m. 相似文献
